architecture interior designers

Living in a foreign country, it always feels good to meet a native. Sometime back I met a bunch of black interior designers discussing their work at a café. Apparently, all three of them were interning with the same interior designing consultant. Their pensive and heated (in a very healthy way) arguments drew my attention more closely towards them. They were discussing the minute details and problems with the human resource of their company.

A strategy was to be developed to bring them to settlement and get better output from them. As is with a group of many, people had different opinions – some wanted to meet to their demands, others wanted to work a more economical way out, while some didn’t feel the need to even listen to them.

I interrupted with hesitation and utmost care of not offending anyone and just to strike a friendly suggestion asked them to inquire secretly on the root of the issue and inquire about their problems; and then proceed further in their decision making. Till then they could draw out a full-proof plan of their present project; and take a legal consultation for the same.

I got a warm smile in return and the bunch asked me to join them, they were apparently assigned a weekend project on paper – a case study, and not a full fledged filed work, but they had to go to different sites to check with the different behavioral patterns of the workforce and develop strategic questionnaires. I blushed when all of us jested over the seriousness and deep concern look on my face while playing an advisory for them.
